How to get started

New to the system? Follow these steps to connect your Discord account, choose your VTC, and finish linking your driver profile to OverWatch ELD.

Step 1: Join the VTC Discord

Make sure you are inside the Discord server for the VTC you want to drive for. The bot must already be in that server.

Step 2: Generate Your Pairing Code

Inside the Discord server, use the bot linking command to create your personal pairing code for OverWatch ELD.

Step 3: Login with Discord

Come back to this page and sign in with Discord so the site can identify you and load your available VTC options.

Step 4: Select Your VTC

Choose the correct VTC from the list, then continue into the portal to finish linking your account.

Helpful notes for new users

You need to be in a Discord server that already uses the bot.

Use the same Discord account on the website that you use in the VTC server.

If your VTC is missing, contact your company admin or dispatch team.

Once selected, you will be redirected into the proper driver or manager page.
